Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a great neighborhood near The Orpheum theater where we went to see Hamilton. The rooms are cozy with shared bathrooms, but the lack of temperature control can be uncomfortable. The service is top-notch, offering assistance with tours and tickets. The price is reasonable for the value provided.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from downtown and The Orpheum theater where we caught a show. The rooms, however, varied greatly from cozy with a shared bathroom to cramped with a tiny attached bathroom, and some even had no control over the temperature despite opening the window.
The hotel has a very small attached bathroom, and our room was just in front of the desk, but even with the window open, there was no way to adjust the temperature. The service was subpar in terms of tours and ticket assistance. It is in a dodgy-ish neighborhood, although it's conveniently close to Westfield shopping mall and the subway stations. The dining options included puddings. The facilities were lacking.
I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was excellent, right by the vibrant Market Street and close to the city center, placing me in the center of everything. The rooms were basic with a shared bathroom but clean and had a nice view, although there was no way to adjust the temperature with the window open. The service was efficient, and they provided helpful tours and ticket assistance. The dining options were limited but included some regional products, which was a nice touch. Overall, a decent stay at a reasonable price.
The hotel has a prime location in downtown San Francisco, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are cozy but may get warm with limited temperature control and a small attached bathroom. The service is accommodating and offers tours/ticket assistance. Dining options are available, including granola breakfast. The facilities are satisfactory for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located close to Union Square and provides easy access to other downtown areas. The rooms offer a very small attached bathroom but are clean and cozy. The service includes helpful tours and ticket assistance. However, the lack of temperature control can be inconvenient, and the room's proximity to the desk may lead to some noise disturbances.
